Booth Allocation: Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Special requests for booth location will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their booth is staffed and maintained throughout the event. Africa Travel Connect Ltd will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or theft of exhibitor materials.

Insurance: Exhibitors are strongly advised to have adequate insurance coverage for their property and personnel during the event.
