3. Code of Conduct:
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on Africa Travel Connect and the travel industry.
Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Members must adhere to ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the travel sector.
4. Responsibilities:
Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up-to-date.
Any activity conducted through a member’s account is the member’s responsibility.
Members must promptly report any unauthorized use of their account to Africa Travel Connect.
5. Privacy and Data Security:
Members’ privacy is important. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Africa Travel Connects Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
Members must not share confidential information obtained through membership without explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property:
Members retain intellectual property rights to their own content.
By submitting content to Africa Travel Connect, members grant the organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content as part of Africa Travel Connect activities.
7. Termination of Membership:
Africa Travel Connect reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
Members may terminate their membership at any time by following the provided procedures.
8. Communication and Notifications:
Members agree to receive communications from Africa Travel Connect related to their membership. Opting out of critical communications may result in the termination of membership.
9. Amendments to Terms:
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Members will be notified of changes, and continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
10. Membership Fee:
The membership fee is nonrefundable. Members acknowledge and agree that once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded for any reason, including termination of membership.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
12. GDPR Information:

13. Miscellaneous:
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and Africa Travel Connect.
